• Knowledge Base Documents: Any text, PDF, Markdown, CSV, or JSON files you upload to the platform for AI indexing and retrieval.
• Conversational Data: Your chat history, queries, and interactions with the AI assistant, both on the web platform and via the Telegram bot.
• Secure Notes: Any private notes you create, along with their associated metadata (e.g., expiration dates, passwords).
• Telegram Metadata: If you link a Telegram account, we store your Telegram User ID to route messages accurately to your personal workspace.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to provide and improve the services you request. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Embed and chunk your uploaded documents to enable semantic search and AI-grounded answers.
• Provide context to the AI assistant so it can answer your specific queries accurately.
• Synchronize your knowledge base and conversations across the web app and Telegram.
• Securely host and manage access to your shared notes.

3. Third-Party AI Providers

To power our retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and conversational features, your queries and relevant document chunks are processed by third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Groq).

Important: We only transmit the specific document snippets necessary to answer your current query. Under our enterprise API agreements with these providers, your data is not used to train their public models.

4. Data Security and Isolation

We treat your knowledge base with the highest level of security:

• User-Scoped Data: Your documents, vectors, and chat histories are strictly isolated to your authenticated account. No other user can search or access your data.
• Secure Notes: Notes shared via link can be protected by passwords and set to automatically self-destruct after a designated expiration time. Once expired, the content is permanently inaccessible.
• Telegram Security: While we secure the connection between our servers and Telegram, please be aware that messages sent via Telegram are also subject to Telegram's own privacy and encryption policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. You may delete individual documents, chat threads, or notes at any time from your dashboard. When you delete a document, its text and associated vector embeddings are permanently removed from our databases. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact our support team.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features (such as new AI integrations or capabilities). We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page or by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account.
